1. Order Cancellation

• Before Shipping: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at thequietchapter2@gmail.com with your order ID. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

• After Shipping: Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

2. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted only in cases of:

• Damaged or defective items

• Incorrect items received

• To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue.

3. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

• In case of UPI or bank transfer, please provide accurate account details to avoid delays.

4. Intellectual Property

• Personalized, custom, or made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
